This Online Payment System is provided by SDNB Vaishnav College for Women in the college website www.sdnbvc.com for paying Term Fees and Exam Fees through Debit Card/ Net Banking facility.

SDNB Vaishnav College may update these terms from time to time and any changes will be effective immediately on being set out here. Please ensure you are aware of the current terms. The country of domicile for SDNB Vaishnav College is India.

Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the online payment facility. Using the online payment facility on this website indicates that you accept these terms. If you do not accept these terms do not use this facility.

All payments are subject to the following conditions:-

The description of fees are specific to the student, when you log in with your unique password. Check the details displayed to ensure that you are paying for the correct student

All Fees quoted are in Indian Rupees. SDNB Vaishnav College reserves the right to change the fees at any time.

• Your payment will normally reach the SDNB Vaishnav College account to which you are making a payment within two working days.
• We cannot accept liability for a payment not reaching the correct SDNB Vaishnav College account due to you quoting an incorrect account number or incorrect personal details. Neither can we accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason.
• If the card supplier declines payment, SDNB Vaishnav College is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your bank//debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from your account.
• In no event will SDNB Vaishnav College be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site, any websites linked to this site, or the materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.

Refund Policy

• If the student leaves SDNB Vaishnav College before they complete their course period, there shall be no entitlement to a refund of paid fees.
• Refunds, if applicable, at the discretion of the Management, will only be made to the debit/credit card used for the original transaction. For the avoidance of doubt nothing in this Policy shall require the College to refund the Fees (or part thereof) unless such Fees (or part thereof) have previously been paid.
• If any error occurs in the page/browser after giving successful PIN NO/OTP/Password etc kindly wait for 24hrs to know the status of the transaction. Avoid making double payments for the same student.

Price/Cost Information

The Fees amount will be displayed after the student login with their userid and password. The CC/DC/Net Banking convenience charges extra will be borne by the student and will be deducted by the bank at the time of online payment. This charge will depend on the payment gateway (Billdesk / Paytm) the student opts for.

Kindly, note that www.sdnbvc.com does not access or store your Payment Card details (i.e. debit card number, expiration date, CVV, OTP,PIN etc.). When you make a payment using your debit card or Net Banking, all required transaction details are captured on the secured payment page, and encrypted using Industrial Strength Cipher, and are securely transmitted to your card issuer/bank for obtaining an authorization decision.

We treat your personal information as private and confidential and do not reveal it to any third parties except where such action is necessary to comply with the applicable legal and regulatory processes.
